Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing large-scale projects (business side) for application / web / mobile solutions using software packages such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Planning as well as monitoring and controlling the scope, budget and schedule for the client’s activities and resources (pilots, domain experts, change management, communication, marketing, regulatory affairs, …).
• Work in partnership with the IT project manager to deliver the projects according to the commitment.
• Participate in the program committee and steering committee.

Requirements :

• Extensive experience in planning, monitoring, integrating, and coordinating large-scale projects.
• Have a particularly good knowledge of project management (scope, schedule, budget) for business units which requires the coordination of several functional stakeholders such as Communication, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Field experts and others.
• Experience in agile / scrum mode as well as with JIRA / Confluence / XRAY tools (an asset).
• Be able to optimize activities to ensure compliance with budget and deadlines.
• Possess the skills to manage and mobilize a multidisciplinary team.
• Spirit of synthesis, great sense of organization, leadership, proactivity, and autonomy.
• Report on project monitoring to management based on commitments.
• Hold a PMP certification (an asset).
