Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed analysis of end-to-end trade lifecycles (execution → clearing → settlement → downstream reporting)
• Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, traceable functional requirements
• Model current and target state processes, controls, and data flows
• Conduct impact assessments for changes affecting trading, risk, and post-trade operations
• Define test scenarios and UAT support, ensuring operational readiness
• Partner closely with Product Owners, IT, risk, legal, finance, and data teams

Domain Experience

Post Trade & DTCC

• Strong knowledge of DTCC / NSCC / CNS processes
• Experience with clearing, settlement, and post trade operations
• Understanding of equity trade lifecycle from execution to settlement
• Knowledge of ETF create/redeem processes (U.S. markets)
• Exposure to securities lending, allocations, segregation, and downstream systems
• Experience with digital assets, tokenized instruments, and regulatory frameworks is a strong plus

Risk Transfer

• Experience supporting credit risk, capital management, or risk transfer initiatives
• Understanding of securitization programs and legal structures
• Background in banking, risk management, or regulated financial institutions

Crypto & Digital Assets

• Experience with crypto trading and settlement processes
• Knowledge of physical crypto trading, payments, and extended trading hours
• Familiarity with asset tokenization and evolving regulatory environments

Securities Borrowing & Lending

• Experience in securities lending and borrowing operations
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and books of record
• Experience with platforms such as Global One (G1) or SFTC is a strong asset
• Highly data driven, with experience in data lineage and validation
• Exposure to vendor management and proof of concept initiatives is a plus
